    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: September 3, 2026

    This Privacy Policy explains how CrowdSec ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards personal data when you visit crowdsec.com.br (the "Site") or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).

    Who we are (Controller)

    The data controller responsible for your personal data is Alice Tesla Consulting LTDA, enrolled under CNPJ 19.607.666/0001-30, with registered address at Caixa Postal 12345, CEP 01031-970, São Paulo - SP, Brasil.

    For any privacy request or question, contact our Data Protection Officer (Encarregado) at [email protected].

    Data we collect

    We collect only the data you choose to provide and basic technical data required to serve the Site:

    • Contact form data — your name, business email, company (optional), selected service of interest, and the message you send us.
    • Technical data — standard server and CDN logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) generated when you load the Site.

    We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data or data from children.

    How and why we use your data

    • To respond to your enquiries and provide the consulting information you request.
    • To operate, secure, and maintain the Site.
    • To comply with legal obligations.

    Our legal bases under the LGPD are your consent, the steps necessary to respond to your request at your initiative, our legitimate interests in operating the Site, and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable.

    Service providers we share data with

    We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors that help us run the Site and respond to you:

    • Web3Forms — processes and delivers contact-form submissions to us.
    • Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the Site and maintains security and access logs.

    Some providers may process data outside Brazil; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers as required by the LGPD.

    Cookies and tracking

    The Site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We use only what is strictly necessary for the Site to function, plus a preference stored in your browser to remember your cookie choice and dismissed notices. If we introduce analytics in the future, it will load only after you consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

    Data retention

    We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter only as required to meet legal or legitimate business needs, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

    Your rights

    Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

    • confirm whether we process your data and access it;
    • correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
    • anonymize, block, or delete unnecessary or excessive data;
    • request portability and information about data sharing;
    • withdraw consent and object to processing.

    To exercise any right, contact us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian data-protection authority (ANPD).

    Security

    We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continuously improve our safeguards.

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
